- 4 November 2026Your own pipeline stages and note templatesAdd pipeline stages that match your practice, group clients with smart columns, let an automation move a client or change a tag, and start notes from your own templates with fill-in blanks.
- 2–3 November 2026Planned births, follow-ups, questions, and invoice numbersCentre on-call on a planned C-section or induction, suggest antenatal follow-ups from the package and the dates, edit booking and event questions, and change an invoice number.

- 28 October 2026Delete your account yourselfExport your data, then delete your account from Settings. A DoulaOne subscription is cancelled immediately. Unused time on the current period is not refunded.
- 13–14 October 2026Send email from your own domainAuthenticate your domain with a few DNS records, then send from an address on that domain. Until it is authenticated, mail still goes out from DoulaOne with your business name, and replies still come to you.
